International Student Advising Form
Complete this form as part of the International Student Enrollment Checklist.
- Graduate Students: If you do not know who your academic advisor is, go to Graduate Programs to contact the program director.
- Undergraduate Students: If you do not know who your academic advisor is, go to Academic Advising to find the contact information for your department’s academic advisor.
- Ask your advisor to remove the Advising Hold if you have one on your MyNEVADA account after you communicate with them regarding your recommended course schedule.
- After your academic advisor submits their recommendation, you should return to this form to submit it by clicking the "Submit" button above.
- Login with your NetID to complete an application - DO NOT create a new application if you already started another application that you have not submitted.
