Check-in form for new and transfer international students at the University of Nevada, Reno. This form should be submitted within 5 days of your arrival to the U.S. Initial and transfer students must be registered in SEVIS within 30 days of the I-20 start of classes date for F-1 students or DS-2019 program start date for J-1 students. We cannot register your SEVIS record if this form is not submitted which will result in your SEVIS record being cancelled.
