International Student Advising Form

Complete this form as part of the International Student Enrollment Checklist.
  • Graduate Students: If you do not know who your academic advisor is, go to Graduate Programs to contact the program director.
  • Undergraduate Students: If you do not know who your academic advisor is, go to Academic Advising to find the contact information for your department’s academic advisor.
    • Ask your advisor to remove the Advising Hold if you have one on your MyNEVADA account after you communicate with them regarding your recommended course schedule.
    • If your advisor listed your classes in Navigate, they should alert OISS for the class listing and you do not need to submit this form.
  • After your academic advisor submits their recommendation, you should return to this form to submit it by clicking the "Submit" button above.
  • Login with your NetID to submit the Advising Form - DO NOT create a new request if you already started another request that you have not submitted.
